Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Custom orders also cannot be returned.

It is up to you to cover shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. We recommend using a signed for shipping service as we can only refund items we receive.

Once your item has been received and inspected we will contact you by email to let you know if your refund has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your item.
