Cancellation Policy
Please note, this is a ticketed event and we cannot issue refunds. If you wish to transfer your ticket, you may do so through private arrangements with a replacement ticket holder. We encourage you to do this using the Flock WhatsApp group. Should you transfer your ticket, please ensure the organisers know the name and email of your replacement ticket holder. In purchasing this ticket, you confirm you have the relevant 3rd party insurance to partake in the sporting activity as advised by the relevant body, for example: BKSA.
