We recommend a six week course to unlock the potential that is lying just beneath the surface. Prior to the course we host a free introductory session to establish our mutual relationship and understand your goals.
The following 60 minute sessions, will create an environment of trust and openness, giving you space to talk, whilst using tried and tested techniques to gently challenge and guide you. Our Coaching is often held by Josie West, Founder of She Flies.
