She Flies now offers coaching sessions to help you reach your incredible potential. We offer 1-2-1 online sessions in both Sports Coaching and Performance Coaching to make sure we have your body and mind covered!

Sports Coaching

Sports Coaching focuses on 1-2-1 support, helping you progress your skills on the water. Away from the chaos at the cable park, windy beach or surf spot, we have gone online to focus on your sporting progression with personable and female focused instructors and professionals.

Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching is a series of 1-2-1 sessions, designed to help you reach your full potential, in any area of your lives! 


At She Flies, we are fortunate to have both Qualified Extreme Sports Instructors and Qualified Performance Coaches who can help you find your super powers. We combine the physical requirement in extreme sports with the mental requirement, by using tried and tested techniques, designed by John Whitmore of Performance Consultants International.

We recommend a six week course to truly guide you to unlock the potential that is lying just beneath the surface. Prior to the course we host a free introductory session to establish our mutual relationship and understand your goals, so that you feel comfortable and excited about the journey ahead.


During the full 60 minute sessions, we'll create an environment of trust and openness, giving you space to talk, whilst using emotional intelligence to gently challenge and guide you.


We do also offer one-off 60 minutes sessions for those who would prefer this approach.
