Kahuna Surfhouse is a fully equipped kitesurf, surf, wing, e-foil and stand up paddle centre open all year round. Just 15-20 minutes away from the airport and city of Larnaca.
We love the team at Kahuna, a female owned school with mixed gender instructors who follow the She Flies Values right to their heart, the reason we partner with them for this long standing trip for our Beginner and Intermediate riders.
Softades beach, has the best kitesurfing conditions on the island of Cyprus all year round and late into the beautiful sunsets. The water is warm and calm without strong currents, no sealife that can eat you (!), no corals that can cut up your feet.
New accommodation for this year, we have upgraded to a lovely hotel with areas to connect as a group, a pool and right by the sea. We are just a short drive to the Kite School which we organise each day. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious rooftop for yoga with basic rooms based on sharing a twin room.

This trip is for beginners and those nailing the basics of kitesurfing. Included in the price is a 10 hour course hosted by the team at Kahuna Surfhouse, including both Theory and Practical which will suit the needs of your level - from complete beginner, learning upwind or first tricks.
Our trips aren't like many others. Everything we do is aligned with the She Flies core values. Few detox smoothies, but a bottle as the sun sets with honest conversation between friends is a little more common.

Please note:
You must aim to arrive at Larnaca Airport on the Sunday and plan to depart the following Saturday. Each camp will run from Monday to Friday. Airport transfers will be available Sunday and Saturday between 8am - 8pm, if you require collection on other days or out of hours, a small fee will apply.
