The She Kites Mini Festivals show the Kiteboarding community what it is all about, the dedication, community and power of being part of something.
These weekend events feel exactly like a Festival, but Mini. Hosting special guests, Q&A's, talks and workshops while brands and local sellers are there for you to browse.

Our venues are chosen on their reputation and support for women. Our aim is to ensure you have somewhere to practise when the weekend is over.

Brilliant. These events are the perfect environment to immerse yourself in the sport.
Over the weekend, we have a 6 Hour Beginners Course - surrounded by a community of strong and supportive Women - an opportunity hard to come by.
BEFORE THE EVENT // We meet virtually to get to know one another, share questions and maybe sooth some nerves!
DAY 1 // In a group of 4 women for 3 hours, you will:
- Learn how to assess risks and safety of Kitesurfing
- Learn and set up your kit
- Launch and landing your kite
- Learn how to fly a L.E.I Kite
- All the safety aspects of what comes with kitesurfing
- Body dragging
DAY 2 // The following day for 3 hours, you are split into groups of 2 for:
- Water Relaunching
- Board starts and getting it on your feet
- First runs
- Progressing into deeper waters
- Deep water pack down
The cost of the Beginners Course is £270. These are first come first served.
